interLAN eSPEED is an online application, which aims to connect the users of the SPEED system with their business environment. The solution provides contact with clients in scope of orders, transport documents, and invoices. It also acts as a carrier order market and a place to register statuses, assign transport document scans, and clear completed services.
The application provides full support of customer-related processes – from offer inquiry, through order processing, to clearance. In scope of cooperation with the carrier, it provides an order market and mechanisms to report order completion. In effect, the carrier can register a cost invoice or approve a bill prepared by a user of the SPEED system.
Thanks to the application’s extensive configuration options, it can be adapted to diverse user requirements. The user interface allows for adaptation of graphics to the company’s visual layout.
